Truck Driver CDL A Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team at Ryder System in Philadelphia, PA.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive pay rate of $27.00 per hour, plus overtime pay after 40 hours. The job involves driving a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle, with a possibility of driving a 26' straight truck. The driver will be responsible for delivering freight to customers, with a mix of touch and no-touch products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle, with a possibility of driving a 26' straight truck
  • Deliver freight to customers, with a mix of touch and no-touch products
  • Meet safety and regulatory requirements, including wearing personal protective equipment
  • Participate in Ryder's stringent cleaning processes
Requirements
  • Class A CDL with verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Flexibility to work a Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional overtime
