Job Title: Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

Focus Staff is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Urbana, Illinois.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of complex specialized tasks in operating radiographic equipment to perform vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures using radiographic equipment.
  • Assist radiologists in performing exams and provide clinical excellence.
  • Monitor and ensure equipment performance to specification.
  • Develop and maintain skills in various clinical systems implemented related to the modalities.
  • Ensure that relevant exam information is captured at the time of the exam.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • Must possess independent decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
  • Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
  • Capable of maintaining regular attendance.
  • Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
Work Experience:

At least 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
