About the Role

Sir Lines-A-Lot, a leading provider of traffic control services and pavement markings, is seeking a skilled Pavement Marking Specialist to join our Operations team. As a Pavement Marking Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our roadways and parking lots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our crew to install thermoplastic, paint, and other pavement marking materials.
  • Clean and prepare pavement for paint, epoxy, tape, or thermoplastic.
  • Apply long lines (highway) and short lines (intersections - arrows, messages; parking lots).
  • Lift, carry, load, and unload construction items, including pavement marking supplies, safety cones, stencils, etc.
  • Perform and complete all work in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines, while maximizing production.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to obtain a medical examiner's card (physical).
  • Pavement Marking and/or Traffic Control experience desirable.
