As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by setting up, serving, and taking down breakfast in the dining room, at outdoor tables, and in-room dining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and escort them to their table.
  • Serve guest drinks and breakfast plates with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Bus and clean tables, and assist with washing dishes as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area, including straightening chairs and arranging furniture.
  • Prepare fresh coffee as needed to ensure a seamless breakfast experience.
  • At the end of breakfast, bus and clean all tables, clean and mop the breakfast area, and empty the trash.
  • Clean and store equipment according to standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

This role requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You may also be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
