As a Credit Service Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' credit needs and ensuring the smooth execution of our credit management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on past due credit facilities, ensuring timely renewal and underwriting processes.
  • Act as a liaison between client partners, private wealth client management teams, and other stakeholders to provide seamless credit services.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial spreads and audit trails for third-party reviewers.
  • Collaborate with ML Portfolio Managers to resolve client inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their credit needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in client service for loans, preferably in the High Net Worth space.
  • Solid understanding of banking and lending products, services, and processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks while delivering high-quality results.
  • Leadership, initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Preferred knowledge of Global Monitoring System (GMS) and Global Underwriting System (GUS), LIQ, BOSS, and other GWIM Banking systems.
