Private Client Services Paralegal or Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Services Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join our team at GrayRobinson, P.A. in Lakeland, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns
  • Electronically file probate court documents
  • Assist with wealth transfer, estate planning, and trust administration
  • Provide exceptional support to our attorneys and clients
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in private client services, estate planning, and probate administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with GEMS and/or Prosystems
