Therapy Director

Southbridge Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (Therapy) to lead our dynamic care team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall administration, clinical planning, development, marketing, and operations of the Rehab program within the facility.

• Ensure the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets or exceeds company and industry standards.
• Direct and assess the scheduling of patients/residents for therapy services.
• Participate in team meetings to formulate treatment plans and discuss progress.
• Review therapist documentation practices for clarity and consistency.
• Maintain a clinical caseload as needed.
• Generate and analyze financial, operational, and productivity reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of weekly and monthly statistics, patient outcome data, and billing logs.
• Supervise program staff in daily program operations and clinical activities.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech/Language Pathology.
• Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professions required.
• Two to four years of clinical experience required.
• One to two years of supervisory experience with multi-disciplines preferred.
