Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float nursing pool at Chapel Manor in Philadelphia, PA. As a Regional Float CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing setting.
  • Perform various patient care activities, including vital signs, bathing, and dressing.
  • Assist with patient transfers and mobility.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language.
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn.
  • Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.
