Guitar Center is seeking a skilled Instrument Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments, as well as assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of guitar repair and a foundational knowledge of Guitar Center products. Key responsibilities include interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience, servicing customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship, and completing warranty repair work. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Requirements include a skilled understanding of repairing guitars. A foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products is also preferred.
