Job Summary

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting the features and benefits of our residential properties to prospective residents, securing lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent PLK Communities in a professional manner, showcasing the unique features and amenities of our properties
• Meet with prospective residents to discuss their needs and preferences, and present customized lease options
• Process lease agreements and ensure timely completion of paperwork
• Provide exceptional customer service to current residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably in leasing or real estate
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with residents
• Administrative experience, with proficiency in handling paperwork and data entry
