About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and experienced RN to provide high-quality home health care to our clients in Mecklenburg, Union, and Anson counties. As a Per Diem RN, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at your own pace.
Responsibilities- Provide home health care services to clients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the client's physician
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Experience in home health care or a related field
