Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex diesel engine issues, perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections, and maintain accurate work orders.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor junior technicians, provide guidance and support to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic, with a strong background in heavy-duty diesel engines.
  • Certifications: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Skills: Strong computer diagnostic skills, basic computer skills, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
