About the Role

The Financial Analyst for Provider Compensation plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of provider contracts and compensation data. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain provider contracts to identify key components for database entry.
  • Assist in maintaining databases and files used for compensation calculations.
  • Perform periodic Medical Director pay reconciliations.
  • Provide analytical support for annual Advanced Practice Provider rate reviews.
  • Manage existing provider compensation models.
  • Support other projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • One or more years of experience in accounting and/or finance in healthcare.
  • Prior auditing or similar background.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with v-lookup and pivot tables.
  • Previous experience in Oracle PeopleSoft.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of risk-based auditing principles and processes.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with trust and integrity.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
