Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collect cash and/or validations, maintaining the security of cash and making change as needed.
  • Operate a cash register, calculating costs and displaying transaction totals for customers.
  • Quote prices for parking services and provide directions to customers.
  • Complete lost ticket forms and resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor assistance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the booth and surrounding area.
  • Verify log of shift transactions against bank of revenue on hand and compile bank of collected revenue during the day.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one month of related experience or training may be considered.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
