We are seeking a skilled Charge Capture Specialist OP Infusion to join our team at VirtualVocations. As a key member of our revenue integrity team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for our outpatient infusion services.
Key Responsibilities:- Review patient records, provider notes, and dictation to assign appropriate billing codes
- Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical documentation and share with Revenue Integrity staff
- Work with other staff to maintain consistency in coding practices across the system
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- 2+ years of related work experience in clinical or medical office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and regulatory agency requirements for coding and charging
- Proficiency in coding and billing software, as well as electronic medical records systems
Preferred Qualifications: CPT coding experience and CCS or CPC credentials. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for coding and billing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
