We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse - Case Manager to join our team of talented professionals at Naval Branch Medical Clinic Jacsonville, FL.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $83,000 - 120,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 6am-6:30pm, with 8.5 or 9 hour shifts.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and have at least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse-Case Manager within the last three years, working in a medical facility. They must also be certified in case management or a related field.

The successful candidate will participate in peer review and performance improvement activities, function with awareness and application of safety procedures, and perform efficiently in emergency patient situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the implementation of the Family Advocacy Program as directed.
  • Exercise awareness and sensitivity to patient/significant others' rights.
  • Attend and/or comply with all annual training classes required by the Command.
  • Actively participate in the command's Performance Improvement Program.
