We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Greene Acres Nursing Home. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our floors, as well as assisting with maintenance tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial scrubbing machines to clean all floors to a high standard
  • Assist with maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor or Facility Administrator
  • Report directly to the Environmental Supervisor

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use industrial scrubbing machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Compliance with state health department standards
