Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Caregiver to join our team. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing routine healthcare assistance to patients in their homes or in care facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with ambulation and mobility, including accompanying them to doctor's appointments and walks
  • Providing personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
  • Assisting with light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Reporting information about client conditions and treatment plans to healthcare professionals
  • Responding promptly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Requirements

  • Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Physical endurance to complete required tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
