Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. in a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and administering medications to residents, reporting changes to physicians and charge nurses, and updating family members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights
- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
- Report any change in condition to the charge nurse
- Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities
- Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed
- Perform other duties as requested
Requirements:
- Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- 1+ years of related work experience preferred
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of 6:00am - 2:30pm, every other weekend. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced long-term care setting.
