KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer service across various food service areas, including Pizzeria, Espresso, Bakery, Deli, Market Meals, and Restaurant.
- Prepare products for sale in the department.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, guests, and vendors.
- Foster a collaborative and integral work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Ready for Business standards throughout food service and restaurant operations.
- Assist in training and developing team members.
- Implement a 360-feedback process involving guests, staff, and leadership.
- Uphold the integrity of our brand and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the departments.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal food service regulations.
- Exhibit a service-oriented attitude towards staff and guests.

COMPENSATION:
Entry Level: USD $17.90/Hr.
Maximum Compensation: USD $24.15/Hr.
