Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Security Officer 3 to join our team at ManTech International Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will assist the Senior Government Program Security Officer in completing assigned actions in support of a multi-disciplined and complex organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of program security policies and procedures.
  • Provide security support for program operations, including classification management and security awareness training.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain security documentation, including security plans and procedures.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in program security, preferably in a government or IC environment.
  • Experience in a senior program security role, with a strong understanding of program security policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with program staff and government officials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve security issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
