About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at HEICO. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Process Customer Requests: Respond to customer inquiries, provide timely updates on order status, and communicate estimated ship dates.
  2. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Production team to expedite priority customer concerns and requests.
  3. Manage Customer Service Operations: Manage TIL lists, respond to customer quotes, and relay urgent customer requests to the production team.

Key Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in English language, basic computer software, and keyboarding skills essential.
  • Prior customer service experience with ERP System knowledge helpful but not mandatory.

Salary Information: The salary range for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
