Position Overview:
As a Construction Project Superintendent, you will collaborate with the President and Project Architect to strategically plan, coordinate, and manage the estimating and project oversight processes. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong history of effective leadership, outstanding communication abilities, and positive relationships with subcontractors. Currently, our operations are concentrated in the Tampa Bay area, primarily within St. Petersburg and Pinellas County.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) budgets for contracts.
- Prepare subcontractor bidding packages.
- Conduct constructability assessments of architectural drawings.
- Establish project timelines.
- Facilitate meetings with owners and stakeholders to determine project budgets and estimates.
- Oversee one or two projects simultaneously, from design through to construction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to coordinate various activities, establish timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Proficient in reading, interpreting, and understanding architectural drawings and specifications to ensure design intent is upheld.
- In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction details, and applicable regulations and quality standards.
- Exceptional time management and personnel management skills.
- Competent in utilizing software applications, including Microsoft Office, for sharing, retrieving, researching, and presenting business information.
- Adept at analyzing and interpreting data to identify and resolve relevant issues.
Job Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in commercial construction estimating, with projects exceeding $5 million in value.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with project management software, estimating tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
