Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating and controlling heavy machinery utilized in the construction of roads and various structures.
  • Performing routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment, along with executing basic repairs as needed.
  • Manipulating levers, pedals, and valves to effectively control machinery operations.
  • Coordinating machine movements with fellow crew members through hand signals or audio cues.
  • Upholding a strong understanding of the company's values and strategic objectives.
  • Completing additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience with construction machinery is advantageous.
