We are currently looking to recruit 2-3 dedicated individuals to join our flexHOME initiative. This program is tailored to provide timely assistance without unnecessary tasks, ensuring our caregivers can focus on what truly matters. flexHOME Support Specialists are designated to specific neighborhoods, enhancing the quality of life for seniors by promoting healthier and safer living at home.

Qualifications for flexHOME Support Specialist:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • Current PPD certification
  • A passion for helping others
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication with clients

Schedule Expectations:

  • 40 hours of work per week
  • Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
  • Potential for overtime hours
  • Must be available for weekend shifts on either Saturday or Sunday
