Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Grill Station Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following established steps of service.
  • Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator, following established safety standards.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
  • Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information and concerns to supervisor.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of prior professional culinary experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
