About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and maintaining exceptional quality control standards. Prior experience working in high-volume hotel or seasonal housekeeping environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of housekeeping operations, including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and discipline
  • Communicate effectively with front desk and Lodge general management to ensure arriving guest rooms are clean and prepared
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of staff spaces
  • Invest in housekeeping team through training and development
  • Conduct regular room inspections to maintain quality control standards
  • Assist team members with cleaning and preparing rooms as needed
  • Identify and report potential safety and maintenance issues to supervisor
  • Support special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets by setting up rooms and assisting with logistics
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of housekeeping management experience required
  • Prior high-volume hotel/seasonal housekeeping experience preferred
