We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide expert therapy services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Provide hands-on therapy services to patients, including exercises, activities, and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
  • Current state license in good standing with the State License Board and up-to-date state and contract-required competency tests and credentials
  • Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
