Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Administer and monitor therapeutic interventions and regimes, ensuring the highest level of patient safety.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and make informed clinical decisions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Delegate and monitor care rendered by other members of the nursing department and healthcare team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid NJ RN License and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
