Work Schedule:
Full-Time, 8-hour shifts, with occasional travel required.
Work Hours:
Shifts will vary between 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM on designated days, with alternative hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM on other days.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and prepare patient charts, ensuring accurate recording of vital signs, weight, and updates to medical history prior to appointments.
2. Set up examination rooms for various procedures and patient visits.
3. Assist the clinical team with patient communications and streamline office workflows.
4. Demonstrate strong phlebotomy skills for in-house lab draws and perform injections under supervision.
5. Manage orders for laboratory tests, imaging, and medications.
6. Address patient clinical inquiries and relay information to the nursing or provider team.
7. Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in measuring vital signs (Required)
- 2 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
- 2 years of experience with Electronic Medical Records systems (Required)
Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification preferred.
