Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Analyst to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. This role involves implementing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring compliance with security policies, and providing advanced support for IAM-related issues.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have over 4 years' experience in IAM systems and best practices, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and its components.
  • This is a senior-level position that requires excellent technical skills, including proficiency in C# and PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks, as well as experience with SQL for database management and reporting.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other IT systems and applications.
Responsibilities
  1. Implement and manage IAM solutions to control user access and ensure compliance with security policies.
  2. Oversee Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) configurations and customizations to support identity and access management processes.
  3. Provide advanced L3 support for IAM and MIM-related issues, troubleshooting complex problems and ensuring timely resolution.
  4. Develop and maintain scripts using C# and PowerShell to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
  5. Utilize SQL for database management, including querying, reporting, and performance optimization.
  6. Ensure that IAM and MIM systems meet security and compliance requirements, implementing best practices and security measures.
  7. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM and MIM systems, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Over 4 years' experience in IAM systems and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and its components.
  • Strong experience with C# and PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
  • Experience with SQL for database management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
