Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to apply advanced engineering principles and practices to drive innovation and excellence in manufacturing. As a key member of the Integer team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new technologies and processes to improve manufacturing capabilities and reduce costs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities.
  • Design and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive engineering experience, with a strong background in manufacturing and quality management.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and improvement initiatives, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement complex technical solutions.
