Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service
  • Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques to drive sales growth
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and other store-related projects
  • Handle cash register transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb a ladder to reach merchandise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
