The Painter role is essential to our operations, focusing on the meticulous preparation of surfaces and the application of high-quality paint finishes on our products. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and applying primers or sealers to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect surfaces for any defects or imperfections, making necessary repairs to achieve a flawless finish.
• Paint Application: Apply paint using various methods such as spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensuring even coverage and adherence to specifications.
• Color Matching: Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades, following established codes and customer preferences.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of painted surfaces for consistency in color and texture, making adjustments as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean painting equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent contamination.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, utilizing personal protective equipment and following safe handling procedures for hazardous materials.
• Work Area Organization: Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring safe storage of paints and tools.

Education and Experience:
