Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
  • Develop and prepare loan solutions, referring products and services, and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
Requirements
  • Proven history of production.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, client prospecting, customer needs, and customer relationships.
  • Effective communication and financial analysis skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix management environment.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
