Job Summary:
MGA Homecare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a Nurse at MGA Homecare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Treatment and Care: Provide treatment and care to infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the physician.
- Documentation: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care.
- Patient Education: Educate the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.
- Nursing License: Active Nursing License in good standing.
- Experience: Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home Health Experience: Home health experience is preferred.
- Skills: Attention to detail, time management skills, effective problem-solving and conflict resolution, good organization, and effective communication.
- Competitive Pay: Competitive, weekly pay ($28-$39 per hour for RNs, $20-$28 per hour for LVNs).
