Welder Specialist

Morgan Engineering Systems Inc is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team in Alliance, Ohio. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for welding heavy steel materials in the production of industrial cranes and related machinery.

• Welding and Fabrication: Weld heavy steel materials using various welding processes and torches to ensure high-quality products.
• Equipment Maintenance: Set up and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Quality Control: Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet company standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 3 years of professional welding experience.
• Skills: Skilled in flux core, MIG, and dual shield welding; basic organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: Familiarity with reading and understanding weld symbols.
