Metal Fabrication Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator IV to join our team at O'Donnell Metal Fabricators Inc. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

Job Description:

• Supervise all shop activities on assigned shift, ensuring seamless production and quality control.
• Manage inventory, ordering parts and materials as necessary to meet project demands.
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to quality control and safety protocols during material handling, cutting, and welding processes.
• Plan, layout, measure, and mark dimensions using machinery and hand tools, driving accuracy and efficiency in fabrication.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of quality and safety to ensure team members follow best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes, fostering a positive work environment.

Physical Demands:

This role involves strenuous work, including repetitive bending, standing for long periods, and lifting heavy objects (over 60 pounds).

Working Conditions:

You must be comfortable working outdoors and in unfinished spaces, adapting to various weather conditions and temperatures.
