Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, document, test, and troubleshoot the Tulane fundraising system of record for reporting and extracting data, creating client dashboards, and integrating with third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Assist with data imports as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices for fundraising purposes.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both non-technical end-users and technical staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of database principles, such as normalization and indexing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field.
  • Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Developer or related certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using tools, such as Informatica and Apsona for Salesforce.
