A Day in the Life

Life as a Service Assistant is ever-changing. In a fast-paced environment, your role will be to support the service team with the daily upkeep and maintenance of the community. You will also be the primary associate in ensuring that vacant apartment homes are fully ready for their new residents.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Inspect work completed by vendors in units and report any issues to Service Manager or Community Director.
  2. Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance.
  3. Help ensure the community looks its best through routine inspections of the grounds and common areas.
  4. Assist the Service Team in completing resident and community service requests.
  5. Participate in on-call or emergency service requests.
  6. Assist with special projects as assigned by the Service Manager.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety rules.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • A high school diploma.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
