MRI Technologist Float Position

At RAYUS Radiology, we are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team as a Float MRI Technologist. This is a full-time position that involves working a variety of shifts between 6:30am-10:30pm, including differential pay and mileage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MRI procedures and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Imaging: Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body with minimal supervision.
- Screening and Preparation: Screen patients before exams for any precautions or contraindications and prepare patients for MR procedures.
- Scan Parameters and Safety: Adjust scan parameters correctly and maintain a safe working environment.
- Communication and Teamwork: Maintain positive relationships with radiologists, referring customers, and other associates.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment in good working order and clean and disinfect equipment after each use.
- Training and Support: Assist with training new associates and provide technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in MRI procedures.
- Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
