Pipefitter Foreman

At hth companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipefitter Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a crew of Pipefitters/Welders and ensuring the safety and quality of pipefitting performed at our assigned locations.

• Supervise a crew of Pipefitters/Welders and delegate job responsibilities to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Verify that all necessary equipment is available on-site to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• Drive and pull equipment to various regional locations as needed.
• Engage with clients and vendors to determine their needs and recommend services that align with their requirements.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols to comply with OSHA regulations and hth companies' Safety Program.
• Act as a liaison for site leadership and maintain positive client relations.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team dedicated to customer service.

• 2-5 years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Class B CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to use a variety of tools, including blowtorches, saws, pipe benders, and welding torches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
