We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality clinical care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Assess and evaluate resident needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Supervise and lead care associates, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery
  • Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care, contributing to continuous quality improvement
  • Respond to resident, family, and responsible party inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care
  • Passion for caring for seniors and advocating for resident needs
  • Experience with electronic medical records preferred
