About the Role
As Director, Member Experience, you will be responsible for leading the overall end-to-end customer lifecycle experience at SCAN. This includes onboarding new members, engaging with them through various channels, and ultimately offboarding them. You will oversee and manage strategies, programs, and interventions that align with key moments in the member's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a vision and strategy for the customer lifecycle program
* Manage and develop a team of high-performing member lifecycle product owners
* Define annual and quarterly team OKRs and key initiatives
* Prioritize member segments and interventions to drive business outcomes
* Utilize customer feedback mechanisms to improve service and products

* Base salary range: $147,900 - $236,600 per year
