Job Title: Registered Nurse / Operating Room (First Assistant)

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill a First Assistant position in the Operating Room. As a key member of the surgical team, you will provide critical support to the surgeon during procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in the specialty and an active RN license. As a First Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and using surgical equipment and instruments, cutting and handling tissue, controlling bleeding, monitoring patient status, and bandaging wounds.
