Job Opportunity for Speech Language Pathologist

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Houston, Texas.

Job Requirements
  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • At least one year of professional experience in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Must hold CCC's.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist will assess patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits, and provide interventions to improve communication and swallowing skills.

  • Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
  • Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills.
