Role Summary:

As a Project Engineer at Talent Movers, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our projects. Your responsibilities will include monitoring production metrics, managing budgets, and ensuring schedules are adhered to. Project Engineers serve as the essential link between the field operations and the office, facilitating communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining project budgets
  • Developing and managing project timelines
  • Processing and managing change orders
  • Overseeing subcontractor activities
  • Drafting purchase agreements and orders
  • Tracking material usage and requirements
  • Sourcing and ordering necessary materials
  • Engaging with project owners and inspectors

This role necessitates the safe operation of a company vehicle, thus it is classified as a safety-sensitive position requiring a clean driving record.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering
