About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at EAH Housing. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance duties to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lock and Key Replacement/Repair: Perform all facets of lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning, and locks.
  • Interior Repairs: Perform all interior repairs related to walls and doors.
  • Electrical Repairs: Perform electrical repairs, including fixtures, lights, plugs, and switches.
  • HVAC Maintenance: Change AC filters, check coils, clean, and repair when necessary.
  • Unit Inspections: Perform annual unit inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Turnover of Units: Ensure the turnover of units is completed within 5 days.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of related apartment maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
  • Certifications: CADL, clean DMV record, and reliable transportation.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
