Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing menus, silverware, condiments, and other items as needed.
  • Order Taking: Take orders for food and beverage in accordance with established guidelines and regulations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Run food and beverage to tables in a timely manner, pre-bussing tables as needed to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other restaurant staff, including kitchen and bar personnel, to ensure seamless service and meet guest needs.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: 1 year of previous serving experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Flexibility: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to work a variety of shifts.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Certifications: Valid food handlers permit and Utah alcohol certification required.
