Position Summary:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess extensive experience in various aspects of construction, including carpentry, painting, drywall installation and repair, and ceramic tile work, along with a basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems. The Reconstruction Technician is expected to have their own tools, reliable transportation, and a valid Driver's License.

This role offers 40+ hour work weeks, with overtime compensation for hours exceeding 40.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in remodeling
• Valid driver's license and social security card
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively in a safety-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Trim carpentry
  • Tile installation
  • Door installation
  • Drywall installation and repair
• Utilize hand tools and operate heavy machinery as required
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet client specifications
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements
• Maintain physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as necessary
• Ensure reliable transportation to job sites

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in remodeling and construction projects
• Proficiency in the following areas:
